En 1979, el director Alan Parker terminaba una película llamada Hot Lunch cuando pasó por una vitrina de la Octava Avenida de Nueva York que anunciaba una película porno llamada exactamente igual. Recién entonces se enteró de que en algunos barrios “hot lunch” era jerga para “sexo oral”. Más encima, le informaron que la mayor estrella masculina del cine porno del momento se llamaba Al Parker.

Renombraron la película como Fame.

Aún así el nombre no murió. La canción de la escena de la cafetería se llama Hot Lunch Jam.
